Let’s be honest—most of us are starting this year in Survival Mode. We’re doing everything possible to keep up, but it often feels like we’re barely holding it together. That’s okay. Survival Mode isn’t failure; it’s just a season. And seasons can change.
This year, the goal is to help you move from Survival Mode to Stabilizing. In this next stage, you’ll create small systems and routines that make life feel more manageable. You’ll still be busy but feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

Every time you take a step forward—no matter how small—celebrate it. Progress isn’t about doing everything; it’s about doing something.
