A friend came over to ask me to show her how to apply Eyebrow liner and gel because she liked how I do my brows. It surprised me, that is one area I’ve never been fully confident in, but I know the basics so at least I could show her that much.
Your eyes and nose are your main markers for your eyebrows. I show you in the video below using the eyebrow liner- I love the thin lines you can make with this pencil. I also forgot to mention highlighting under your brows on the brow bone, but that comes in more when you are doing your eye shadow. When I need go get out quicker, I will use the brow gel alone- fill in where it’s needed.
You hinge your 3 points off the tip of your nose.
1. Inside of your eye
2. Through the iris
3. On the outside of your eye
This creates the shape you want that best fits your face. You also want to make sure they are level across the top and bottom. We make it easy with our eyebrow liner- two sided with a thin liner on one side and a spoolie brush on the other. There’s also a gel that has the fibers like our 3D+ mascara in them to fill in and keep it natural looking.
You can save when you get the kit: Eyebrow liner set of 2– comes in light, medium and dark.
Choose your color based on your hair color- if you have blond brows, the light or medium would be best depending on how light or dark you want your eyebrows to be.
I also use the same technique to shape my brows when it’s time to tweeze- using a white eye liner this time, help you know what to keep off limits. I should have done this BEFORE I made the video!
