Get Rewarded: New Pay Plan, Incentives, and Perks
In addition to offering exceptional products, Perfectly Posh provides a rewarding opportunity for individuals to become part of its community through its Pay Plan, Incentive and Company Convention Programs, and loyalty rewards program called Perks.
Perfectly Posh Pay Plan
The Perfectly Posh Pay Plan offers a comprehensive and rewarding structure for Advocates, comprising three key components. Firstly, Advocates earn personal commissions ranging from 10% to 30% on their sales, including both personal orders and those from retail customers. Secondly, the Mentor Bonus incentivizes team building, whereby Advocates can earn up to 8% on the sales of other team members, with bonuses determined by the rank of the Advocate and their position in the hierarchy. Lastly, the Pool Bonus, available from Rank 10 onwards, provides an additional monthly opportunity for Advocates to earn a share of pooled sales revenue, distributed equally among qualifying Advocates. To maintain eligibility for the Mentor Bonus, Advocates must meet minimum sales requirements, which vary based on the rank of the Advocates they are mentoring. Commissions are calculated in real-time, providing Advocates with transparency and clarity on their earnings and progression. Payments are conveniently distributed to a provided pay card by Posh, offering Advocates flexibility in managing their earnings. This robust pay plan not only rewards individual efforts but also fosters a collaborative and supportive team environment, empowering Advocates to achieve their financial goals while advancing their leadership skills within the Perfectly Posh community.
Incentive Trips, Un-conventional and Posh Day Away
Perfectly Posh enthusiasts can anticipate a vibrant calendar of events in 2024, starting with the highly anticipated Posh Relaunch Tour. Spanning 12 cities in March and an additional 12 cities in April/May, these events promise to be dynamic gatherings where attendees can immerse themselves in the excitement of the brand’s relaunch, discover new products, and connect with fellow enthusiasts.

Advocates have the option to gather guest orders and submit them together under the host’s name, allowing the host to earn Perks Points. Alternatively, guests can submit their orders individually, with each earning Perks Points toward future purchases. This flexibility empowers Advocates to run their business in a way that suits their preferences and style. Additionally, every purchase earns Perks Points, which can be redeemed for products. Whether you choose to spend them immediately or save them for later, the choice is yours.
