Prestige Platinum Advisor requires maintaining $200 in Personal Volume and generating $1,000 in Group Volume. Advisors earn a base commission of 25% on every customer order, with the potential to earn up to an additional 20% in Bonus Commission based on Personal Volume. They also receive a 7% commission on Level 1 sales, emphasizing both personal sales and team-building efforts.

Starting with Ultimate Advisor, requiring $1,000 in Personal Volume (PV) and $10,000 in Group Volume (GV), advisors earn a base commission of 25% on customer orders, a $300 lifestyle bonus per qualified month, and up to an additional 20% in Bonus Commissions on Personal Volume. They also receive Level Volume Commissions of 10% on Level 1, 7% on Level 2, and 5% on Level 3. Ultimate Sterling Advisor increases the GV requirement to $18,000, offering a $700 lifestyle bonus, with commissions extended to 6% on Level 3 and 3% on Level 4. Starting at Legacy Advisor, which requires $1,000 in Personal Volume (PV) and $150,000 in Group Volume (GV), advisors earn a 25% base commission on customer orders, a $7,000 lifestyle bonus per qualified month, and up to an additional 20% in Bonus Commissions on Personal Volume. They also receive Level Volume Commissions of 10% on Level 1, 7% on Level 2, 6% on Level 3, and 3% on Level 4, plus a 1% Generation Bonus on CV from Generation 1 teams. As they advance to Legacy Sterling Advisor ($325,000 GV), Legacy Platinum Advisor ($750,000 GV), and Legacy Diamond Advisor ($1,500,000 GV), they maintain the same commission structure, but with increasing Generation Bonuses of up to 3% from multiple generations. Commission Terms
Understanding the Key Metrics:
- Qualified: Minimum of 100 Personal Volume (PV) to be eligible for bonuses.
- Level: Position in the downline team structure.
- Net Retail Price (NR): Full retail price of products.
- Qualifying Volume (QV): Value assigned to products for qualification and rank calculation.
- Personal Volume Capped (PV): QV from personal and customer orders, capped for certain ranks.
- Personal Volume Uncapped (PVU): QV from personal and customer orders without a cap.
- Group Volume (GV): Total QV from personal and team orders.
- Commissionable Volume (CV): 70% of QV, used for calculating downline commissions.
- Volume Source: Each Level 1 Advisor and personal volume count as a volume source.
- Max Volume Rule (MVR): Caps the volume a single source can contribute to Group Volume at 50%.
- Outside Volume Rule (OV): Requires a percentage of GV to come from outside the two strongest volume sources.
- Rank Advancements: Promoting to a higher Advisor title within a calendar month.
- Personal Volume Bonus: Extra commission for achieving certain PV levels.
- Career Title: Highest achieved title, maintained unless not paid as that rank for 6 months.
- Leadership Level: Ultimate Advisor and above, with access to extra bonuses and perks.
- Pay Rank/Paid as Title: Title qualified for during the calendar month.
- Generation: Team starting with an Ultimate Platinum Advisor or higher, extending downline until the next similar level.
- Clawback: Reversal of commissions for returned products.
Policies
Important Policies to Know:
- Compression Policy: When an Advisor leaves or is canceled, their downline and customers move up to their upline sponsor.
- Reinstatement Policy: Advisors can request reinstatement. Returning under the same upline retains the same account without the original downline or Career Title. Changing upline requires a six-month wait and repurchase of the Legacy Kit.
- Requalification Policy: Advisors at Ultimate Platinum Advisor level or higher must maintain that rank within the last six months or be demoted to their Paid-As title.
- NEWGENQ Rule: Legacy Sterling Advisors and above must acquire a new first generation (Ultimate Platinum Advisor) or higher every 18 months to maintain their rank.
