Can you believe a year ago I had about 20 parties running at the same time? There was an amazing hostess bonus so I wanted to help as many of my friends get it as I could get free makeup. I had 20 tabs open and I would have to remember to post things individually so that they all went up at the right time on the right day. If only there were a social media scheduler tool for direct sales!
I’ve changed things up with how I run my parties, but I still have about 15-20 parties per month. Each last only a few days, so not the 10 days with overlap they use to be!
If only I had heard about CinchShare sooner- I have been able to set up party posts in advance and reuse them over and over! CinchShare is also compatible with Pinterest and Twitter and soon more social media networks! I can even reschedule a batch of party posts at once!
How Does Social Media Scheduling Work?![]()
I use it to schedule team training reminders in Events and daily on my Facebook page and VIP group posts too. People worry about Facebook not showing things if it weren’t posted directly through Facebook, but tests have shown it gets the same response. Upload a photo from your computer or phone (website is mobile friendly!), import a public Facebook post and the text and photo will both appear. Schedule the post for up to 2 months in advance!
My best tip is to not do more than a few parties per night- the bulk of your posts will fall within a 90 minute period, so make sure to have some on early in the week and then some later- like on Thursday (my best party night, what’s yours?). I feel like I can seem more “present” in the party and not worrying about getting the next post ready. The comments, engagement and personal relationships are where I can focus while CinchShare makes it easy!
Not sure what to say? Go back in your history and find some past posts that have gotten more response, revive them for a fun conversation starter. You can use and reuse just by going into your Saved or History post area.

Update: You can also now schedule post reminders (with text and hashtags set up) for Instagram, which is the only way Instagram allows scheduling. Twitter is also compatible with Cinchshare. Once posts have gone through, you can also share them to Pinterest.
