Last updated: September 28, 2026. Disney Cruise Line offers change often, and the best ones have limited inventory. I re-verify every offer before I book it for you, so what is here is checked against what is actually live. All savings below are per person, based on double occupancy unless noted.
1. Florida residents: up to 25% off select sailings
- What: Florida residents save up to 25% on the voyage fare of select Disney Cruise Line sailings. It is one of the most consistently available DCL discounts, refreshed regularly with new sail dates.
- Fine print: Proof of Florida residency required (valid at time of sailing). Select sailings only; limited to 50 staterooms per category per sailing. Valid on new and existing reservations. Cannot be combined with other offers. Taxes, fees, port expenses, and gratuities are not included.
2. Restricted fares (IGT / OGT / VGT): up to 25% off the prevailing rate
- What: Disney Cruise Line’s guaranteed-stateroom fares (you pick the category: Inside, Oceanview, or Verandah, and Disney assigns the specific stateroom later) run up to 25% off the prevailing rate on select sailings. The trade-off for the savings: bookings are nonrefundable and require full payment at booking.
- Fine print: Stateroom assigned by Disney closer to sailing, based on availability. Full legal names required at booking; no name changes. Full payment at booking; bookings are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Not combinable with other offers or discounts. Gratuities and Port Adventures not included. Valid on new bookings only.
3. U.S. military rates: percentage off select sailings into January 2027
- What: Percentage-off voyage fares (recently running 25–35% depending on sailing) on select sailings from Fort Lauderdale (Disney Dream, Disney Destiny), Port Canaveral (Disney Wish, Disney Fantasy, Disney Treasure), Galveston and San Diego (Disney Magic), and San Diego and Vancouver (Disney Wonder), with select sailings running into January 2027. Plus: a current bonus offer adds $250 in onboard credit on select Disney Wish and Disney Dream sailings, and that one combines with the military rates. Updated September 28, 2026.
- Fine print: Eligibility: active and retired U.S. military personnel and spouses (including Coast Guard, National Guard, and Reserves; Guard/Reserve members or spouses need active-duty orders dated January 1 of the previous year). Valid on new bookings only (a correction to what I had here before: the “new and existing” language applies to the $250 credit bonus, not the military rates themselves). Limited to 50 staterooms per category per sailing; cannot be combined with other offers. The $250 onboard-credit bonus applies to stateroom categories 04A–11C (concierge and suites excluded), one credit per reservation, nonrefundable and nontransferable, and the sailing must depart by December 31, 2026.
4. Book onboard, save 10% (or more) on your next cruise: the boost list expanded September 22
- What: Guests sailing with Disney Cruise Line can book a placeholder for a future cruise while onboard and save a minimum of 10% off the prevailing rate on eligible future sailings, with select sailings boosted to up to 25% off. It is the most consistent Disney Cruise Line discount there is. And on September 22, 2026, Disney expanded the boost list again: the up-to-25% savings now cover select sailings through September 2027 (25% tier on Disney Dream, Destiny, Magic, Treasure, Wish, and Wonder; a second tier at 20% off on select Disney Adventure, Destiny, Fantasy, Magic, Treasure, and Wonder sailings). Also new: select Concierge staterooms (categories 02B and below) are now eligible for 10% placeholder savings. Confirmed live as of September 28, 2026.
- Fine print: $250 deposit per stateroom, paid onboard and fully refundable if you cancel or never pick a sailing. Your future cruise must sail within 24 months of booking the placeholder. Limit one future-cruise booking per household, max 2 staterooms. Discount applies to the voyage fare only. Taxes, fees, and port expenses are not included. Blockout dates apply; concierge staterooms beyond the eligible categories have additional blockouts. Cannot be combined with other offers. Bonus: 7+ night cruises also get a reduced deposit (10% instead of the standard 20%). If you are already sailing, ask me about adding this before you disembark.

For some families, the Florida resident or military rates win outright. For others (especially families flexible on stateroom assignment), the restricted fares change the whole budget. And if you have sailed before, the onboard placeholder is almost always worth adding. Note: two big summer promos have wrapped up. The up-to-$500-per-person fall/winter fare offer ended August 30, 2026, and the “Together at Sea” 50%-off kids’ fares ended June 14, 2026.
