Does anyone ever feel their family members are the pickiest in the world? Wouldn’t you love to cook once a month and have the bulk of the work done?
Once A Month Meals makes plans ahead of time with a grocery list, cooking instructions, and labels and take into consideration all kinds of dietary needs and picky eaters. There are a variety of menu options and even seasonal options- fall, winter, spring, and summer. The main freezer cooking menu types are Traditional, Keto, Vegetarian, Real Food, Diet, Paleo, Allergen and Gluten Free/Dairy Free. There are also a variety of cooking options for the slow cooker and instant pot fans.
A full menu covers 15 recipes which make enough for 2 meals, so you have a whole month worth of dinners. There are new menus out on the 1st of every month. There are also mini freezer cooking menus. These are for those with less time, space or both to get their menus done. And last baby, toddler menus for baby puree and finger food, and lunch box items.
One of the first menus I did with my sister back in 2012- we did a full menu and shared the meals so we had one of each item. Our kids and husbands raved about those meals for months after. It was a summer menu so lots of outside grilling and cooking but everything was all prepped and ready to go. It was called Once A Month Mom back then, that’s how far back we go!
All you have to do is join as a member and pick from their list of menus, download and print the resources that are provided. The meals default for a family of 4, but you can adjust to your family size and the quantities update as well!

Prep instructions are great for the night before your cooking day- chopping, slow cooking, browning meats so all you have to do is put meals together.
My family prefers the Dump and Go freezer cooking meals. These are the ones where meals aren’t fully cooked and then frozen and then cooked again when eaten.
